FREE MEALS

We serve breakfast, a snack, and a tasty hot lunch every day! Our excellent lunch also comes with alternative meal options daily. We have a nutritionist on staff to ensure that all meals are delicious as well as nutritious. Our kitchen staff is certified with Food Handlers Permits. This rigorous training ensures that our food is handled at the correct temperatures and in a clean environment. At Heart to Heart, we have comprehensive coffee and tea station available throughout the program hours. Come and join us for a tasty meal!

TRANSPORTATION

In our brand-new fleet, Heart to Heart offers door-to-door transportation. Our shuttles are regularly maintained and improved, so you can be certain that your family members are traveling safely. We guarantee that your family members are transported by expertly qualified staff. All of our drivers going through extensive background checks and training.

TELECARE AND MEALS

At times, it is difficult to get out. We provide an option to receive telecare and meal or grocery deliveries! Use our telecare services to make new connections, learn new information, and have what to look forward to. Our Adult Day Care Center also provides complimentary meal deliveries for our members. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Heart to Heart feel like home.

DEMENTIA CARE

Do you have family suffering from early-stage dementia and Alzheimer's? Heart to Heart's employees are professionally trained to care for your loved ones. We have a full alert system for our members who wander during program hours. Stimulation is crucial at this stage; have our program assist you today.
