SALON

Who doesn't love getting their hair and nails done? Our Adult Day Center has a gorgeous salon, free for our members! A licensed cosmetologist is on-site five days per week, catering to our members. Wash and set, wash and blow, shampoo - we do it all. Come hang out in our salon room, watch some TV or read one of our magazines (always new ones) while you wait your turn. Don't forget to socialize with your peers in the salon room; going to the salon is a social activity as well!

EXERCISE ROOM

We are big believers here at Heart to Heart that exercise is a major component of a healthier and happier life! Come join us for our daily hands-on exercise classes or help yourself to our state-of-the-art health gym. Need assistance? Ask one of our friendly recreational leaders roaming the floors for help.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND TRIPS

We love dancing, partying, and having a great time at Heart to Heart! Magic shows, break dancers, steel pan bands, impersonators, and more visit us every week! We have a full nightclub lighting system and disco ball for our center. Dance on our dance floor or in your seat; our parties are the best form of exercise out there. Join us on our exciting weekly trips, such as bowling, going to restaurants, museums, the movies, and more!

HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLASSES

Education, education, education! Heart to Heart provides some of the best classes in New York! Want to learn to read and write? We've got a class for you. Have balancing issues? We have a lesson for you. Are you addicted to smoking or drinking? We got a class for you! Nutrition classes, classes on activities of daily living, current events, English and Spanish class, financial classes, and more. We have daily classes such as these!

POOL TABLE AND MORE

Heart to Heart is your one-stop shop for all your gaming and entertainment needs. Come out and play with your friends on our commercial pool table, full shuffleboard table, custom domino table, video games and arcades, basketball tournament game, and skeeball!

QUIET ROOM

Too much going on at home? Need a good book? Want to relax with some friends? Heart to Heart has a tranquil oasis for you to hide away in. Our quiet relaxation room has a conveniently located multilingual library for our members! Come and relax in our quiet room and enjoy a gorgeous fish tank, lava lamps, and an electric fireplace. What better way to relax than on our leather couches and fully reclining chairs? Enjoy your peace here with us today.
